§ 225-7. Abandonment required; exception.

All wells located on premises served by the Village of Belgium water utility system shall be abandoned in accordance with the terms of this article and Ch. NR 812, Wis. Adm. Code, by July 1, 1991, or no later than one year from the date of connection to the Village's water utility system, whichever occurs last, unless a well operation permit has been obtained by the well owner from the Village Clerk.
